Some guidelines about shopping at Loopyful Design

1. Products & Production

All the items for sale are made-to-order through my Print on Demand partner, Printful. This means your products are created just for you once you place your order. Because of this, I do not hold stock or offer exchanges for size or design changes after purchase.

2. Shipping & Customs

The products are shipped worldwide to selected regions. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product and your location. You’ll see estimated delivery dates at checkout, but please note: these are estimates, not guarantees.

⚠️ Customs & Import Fees

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you see at checkout.
Since the products are fulfilled in various countries (based on product availability and shipping destination), I cannot guarantee whether or not customs charges will apply to your order.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, I can only accept returns or offer refunds if the item arrives damaged or has a printing defect. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, including a clear photo of the issue.

4. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after purchase, so cancellations may not be possible. If you need to make a change, reach out ASAP and I’ll do my best to help — though we can’t promise changes after production has started.

5. Privacy & Data

I will only collect basic info necessary to fulfill your order (like name, shipping address, and email). If you sign up for our newsletter, we’ll use your email to send occasional updates — and you can unsubscribe anytime.
